Linnea’s was opened in August 2000 by Jody Martin. Jody enjoyed a successful career in sales, but was always disppointed when shopping for plus size fashions. Local department stores had limited selections and mail order clothes seldom fit right.
Using her middle name, Jody decided to open her own store and offer better brand merchandise to plus size women in the area. Most labels carried by Linnea’s are found in Nordstrum’s and Neiman-Marcus – stores hundreds of miles away.
Jody takes great care to ensure that her garments fit right and are problem free. She prices items very competitively, offering real value to her customers. Frequent Sales and invitation only Trunk Shows give her proven customers lot of reasons to keep returning.
